Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Bake the Steak Strips and Vegetables
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Leave cream cheese on counter to soften.
Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry.
Combine peppers and onions and steak strips in provided tray. Spread into a single layer and top with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.
Add the Sauce
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in ¼ tsp. salt and cornstarch until combined and coated. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Stir in beef demi-glace until combined.
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
Make Cheese Sauce and Finish Meal
While meal bakes, combine 2 Tbsp. water, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Microwave until cream cheese has melted, 60-90 seconds.
Remove from microwave and stir in mozzarella until creamy.
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds
Carefully remove tray from oven. Place steak and vegetables in tortillas and garnish with cheese sauce, crispy onion and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
