    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces Stem, seed, remove ribs, and cut red bell pepper into 1" slices In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese and ½ the minced garlic. Pat pork chops dry, and season one side with black garlic seasoning and both sides a pinch of salt and pepper

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli to hot pan and stir occasionally for 2 min. Add 2 Tbsp water and cover and cook covered till broccoli is bright green and tender, 5-7 min. Uncover and season with ¼ tsp salt and pinch of pepper. Add red bell pepper and stir to combine. Cook until peppers are tender, 2-3 min. Remove from heat and stir in garlic cream cheese till melted and incorporated.Remove from heat and transfer to a plate. Cover with foil to keep warm.     Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Place pork chops in hot pan seasoning side down, and cook until golden brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.     Place pork chop pan back over medium high heat, no need to wipe clean. Add 1 tsp oil and chopped garlic, cook for 30 sec and add marinara. Add 2 Tbsp water and bring to a simmer. Season with a pinch of salt. Remove from heat.
