Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces

In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese and ½ the minced garlic.
Pat pork chops dry, and season one side with black garlic seasoning and both sides a pinch of salt and pepper
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli to hot pan and stir occasionally for 2 min. Add 2 Tbsp water and cover and cook covered till broccoli is bright green and tender, 5-7 min. Uncover and season with ¼ tsp salt and pinch of pepper. Add red bell pepper and stir to combine. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Place pork chops in hot pan seasoning side down, and cook until golden brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. Transfer pork chops to a plate and rest 3 minutes.
While pork chop rest begin sauce....
Place pork chop pan back over medium high heat, no need to wipe clean. Add 1 tsp oil and chopped garlic, cook for 30 sec and add marinara. Add 2 Tbsp water and bring to a simmer. Season with a pinch of salt. Remove from heat.
