Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine onion and 1 tsp. water in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until tender, 1-2 minutes. Carefully, remove tray from microwave. Stir in cabbage, noodles, and pulled pork. Cover tray again with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 7-8 minutes. While meal heats, combine ponzu, mustard, and sweet and sour sauce in a mixing bowl. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir sauce mixture into tray. To serve, top with peanuts, wonton strips, and Sriracha (to taste). Bon appétit!

2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine cabbage, noodles, onion, pulled pork, and 1 Tbsp. water in provided tray. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until cabbage and onions are tender, 20-25 minutes. While meal bakes, combine ponzu, mustard, and sweet and sour sauce in a mixing bowl. Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir sauce mixture into tray. To serve, top with peanuts, wonton strips, and Sriracha (to taste). Bon appétit!
