Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 22-25 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
If you received raw pasta, bring 8 cups water to a boil in a pot. Once boiling, cook until al dente, 8-13 minutes. Remove from burner. Drain pasta in a colander/strainer and set aside. Wait until last step to add pasta and stir to combine.
In provided tray, combine pasta (Add pasta only if you received pre-cooked pasta. If you received raw pasta, please refer to Step 1.), spinach, cream base, marinara, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. -
2 Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, panko, garlic salt, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), and half the ricotta (remaining is yours to use as you please!). Form pork mixture into six equally-sized meatballs.
Place meatballs on pasta (or spinach mixture if you received raw pasta). -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. If you received raw pasta, add to tray and stir to combine.To serve, garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste) and remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
