Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

    Prepare the Noodles

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine noodles, carrots, snow peas, teriyaki glaze, and 1/4 cup water in provided tray. Top evenly with pho concentrate.

    Add the Pork

    Break up ground pork and place on noodles. Top with seasoning blend and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until meal reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-24 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir to combine, then garnish with sambal (to taste). Bon appétit!
