Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Combine broccoli, butternut squash, 2 tsp. olive oil, and seasoned salt in provided tray. Push to one side. -
2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry.
Place in empty half of tray and top with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Finely crush pretzels until consistency of breadcrumbs. For best results, place in a plastic bag and crush with a heavy object. Top chicken evenly with mayonnaise and crushed pretzels, pressing gently to adhere.To serve, top chicken with dressing. Bon appétit!
