Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using ground turkey, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 11-13 minutes.

1 Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 1 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground beef and garlic salt. Stir until thoroughly combined. Form mixture into six equally-sized meatballs. -
2 Cook the Meatballs
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add meatballs to hot pan. Cover, and roll occasionally until browned all over and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 8-10 minutes.Remove from burner.While meatballs cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add green beans to hot pan and cook, 1 minute.Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in lemon n herb seasoning and softened butter until combined.While green beans cook, continue recipe. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine pesto, creme fraiche, and 1 tsp. water.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 20-30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with sauce. Garnish green beans with cheese. Bon appétit!
