You Will Need
Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
Cook the Noodles
Once water is boiling, add noodlesto pot and cook until al dente, 10-12 minutes. Drain noodles in a colander and set aside. While noodles cook, prepare ingredients.
Prepare the Ingredients
Stem, seed, and slice red bell pepper into ¼" strips. Remove strings from sugar snap peas, if necessary. Trim and cut white portions of green onion into 1" lengths. Cut green portions into thin slices on an angle.
Sear the Steak
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1tsp. olive oil. Add steak strips into hot pan and stir occasionally until browned, 1-2 minutes. Transfer steak strips to a plate. Steak will finish cooking in a later step. Wipe pan clean and reserve.
Cook the Vegetables
Return pan used to sear steak to medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. And sugar snap peas, red bell pepper, and white portions of green onions to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender, 3-4 minutes.
Finish the Dish
Stir steak strips, noodles, teriyaki, and Sriracha (to taste) into vegetables and stir constantly, 1-2 minutes. Place stir-fry on a plate and garnish with green portions of green onions.
