Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Start the Potato Wedges
Stem and finely chop oregano.
Cut potatoes into 1"-thick wedges and pat dry.Place wedges on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. oregano (to taste), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer. Have a little sous chef around? With supervision, have them help season the wedges.Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.While wedges roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice.
Trim cucumber and cut into 1/4" dice. -
3 Add Chicken and Finish Potato Wedges
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with garlic and parsley seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt.
After 15 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven. Flip wedges and push to one side of sheet. Place chicken on empty side of sheet and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Roast in hot oven until wedges are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While wedges and chicken roast, continue recipe. -
4 Make the Crema
Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave until melted, 20-30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir in creme fraiche until combined. Set aside. -
5 Assemble Salad and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine dressing, spinach, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Kids want to help? With supervision, have them help assemble the salad.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with crema. Slice chicken, if desired. Garnish wedges with cheese. Bon appétit!
