  • Salt
  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 2 Microwave-Safe Bowls
  • 1 Large Non-Stick Pan
  • 1 Microwave

Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground beef, follow same instructions.

  • If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

    Toast Flatbreads and Prepare Ingredients

    Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet, flat-side up. Toast in hot oven until slightly browned, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    While flatbreads toast, cut broccoli into 1/2" pieces.

    Place broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until broccoli is tender, 1-2 minutes.

    Carefully remove broccoli from microwave.

    Cook the Sausage

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Add Italian sausage to hot pan. Break into smaller pieces until no pink remains and sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    Assemble the Pizzas

    In another microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base, flour, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), 1/4 the mozzarella (reserve remaining for topping), a pinch of salt, and 2 Tbsp. water.

    Microwave uncovered until heated through, 1-2 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.

    Flip flatbreads. Evenly top with sauce, remaining mozzarella, sausage, broccoli, then dollops of ricotta.

    Bake Pizzas and Finish Dish

    Bake in hot oven until cheeses are melted, 6-8 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pizza with remaining Parmesan. Garnish with hot honey (to taste). Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the hot honey. Bon appétit!
