    Add wild rice, green beans, and ¾ cup of water. Top with pork chops, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Roast in a hot oven until rice is tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 25-27 minutes. Top pork with pesto, Garnish rice with feta.
