    Assemble The Dish

    Add wild rice, green beans, and 3/4 cup of water.

    Top with pork chops, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Roast in a hot oven until rice is tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 25-27 minutes.

    Top pork with pesto, Garnish rice with feta.
