Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Start the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into 1" dice.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and a pinch of salt. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans.
Stem and mince thyme.Peel and mince shallot.Mince garlic.Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with garlic salt and a pinch of pepper. -
3 Finish the Potatoes and Salmon
After 15 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven. Stir potatoes and push to one side of sheet. Place salmon, skin-side down, on empty side of sheet and evenly top with 2 tsp. olive oil. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Roast in hot oven until potatoes are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Stir 1/2 Tbsp. softened butter into potatoes until melted and combined.While potatoes and salmon roast, continue recipe. -
4 Cook the Green Beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add green beans to hot pan. Cook undisturbed, 1 minute.Add 1/4 cup water and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, cover and stir occasionally until water is almost completely evaporated, 6-8 minutes.Uncover; add 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic, and lemon n herb seasoning. Stir often until green beans are tender, 1-2 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner and stir in 1/2 Tbsp. softened butter until combined.While green beans cook, continue recipe. -
5 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Place a small non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add shallots, 1 tsp. thyme (to taste), and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until shallots are tender and slightly browned, 6-8 minutes.Add cream base, cream cheese, and a pinch of pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping salmon with sauce. Bon appétit!
