    Prepare The Ingredients

    Mince garlic.

    Cut mushrooms into 1/4" slices. .

    Stem and mince rosemary

    Drain beans.

    Cook The Vegetables

    "Place a medium pot over medium-high heat. Add 2 tsp. olive oil, root vegetable medley, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Stir often until lightly browned, 3-5 minutes.

    Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. Cook until water is mostly evaporated and vegetables are tender, 2-3 minutes."

    Add Ingredients

    Add mirepoix concentrate, rosemary, minced garlic, garlic salt, and mushrooms to pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are lightly browned, 2--3 minutes.

    Add Sauce

    Add tomato sauce, beans and 1 cup water and bring to a simmer.
