Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Customize It Instructions

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Start the Sweet Potato Fries
Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2" fries.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and half the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for chicken). Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim cucumbers and thinly slice into rounds.
Stem and coarsely chop cilantro.Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, vinegar, half the sesame oil (reserve remaining for rice), and 1/4 tsp. salt. Set aside.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1/2 tsp. salt and remaining Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse). -
3 Flip Fries and Add Chicken
After 15 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven. Flip fries and push to one side of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Add chicken to empty side of sheet.Roast in hot oven until fries are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 13-18 minutes. Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven. -
4 Add the Sauces
Evenly top chicken with garlic sesame sauce.
Roast again in hot oven until sauce is heated through, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Stir dressing into fries until coated. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While fries and chicken roast, continue recipe. -
5 Heat Rice and Finish Dish
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine rice and 1/2 tsp. salt.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Stir in remaining sesame oil and white portions of green onions until combined. Fluff rice with a fork.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping fries with crispy onions, cilantro, and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
