If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Place Brussels sprouts on one half of prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for chicken). Spread into an even layer on their side.

2 Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning and remaining garlic salt.
Evenly top with mustard, then panko, pressing gently to adhere.Place chicken, panko-side up, on empty side of sheet and spray with cooking spray. -
3 Roast the Brussels Sprouts and Chicken
Roast in hot oven until Brussels sprouts are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven.While Brussels sprouts and chicken roast, continue recipe. -
4 Make Honey Butter and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, honey (to taste), and a pinch of salt.
To serve, top chicken with honey butter (to taste). Garnish Brussels sprouts with pecans. Bon appétit!
