To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, roast until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 17-20 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
2 Add Broccoli and Form Meatballs
Place broccoli on one half of prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, half the umami seasoning (reserve remaining for meatballs), and a pinch of salt. Spread into a single layer on one side.
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 3 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add ground turkey, white portions of green onions, remaining umami seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir until thoroughly combined. Form mixture into 8 equally-sized meatballs and place on empty side of sheet. -
3 Roast the Broccoli and Meatballs
Roast in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-18 minutes.
Carefully remove sheet from oven.While broccoli and meatballs roast, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Rice and Finish Dish
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine rice, mushroom seasoning, and 2 tsp. olive oil.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork.To serve, top rice with meatballs and broccoli. Garnish with boom boom sauce (to taste) and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
