If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Start the Cauliflower
Place cauliflower on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, 1/4 tsp. salt, and cheese. Spread into an even layer.
Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.While cauliflower roasts, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine balsamic glaze and hot honey (to taste). Set aside.
Pat trout dry and season flesh side with garlic salt. -
3 Assemble the Trout
After 10 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven and push cauliflower to one side. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Place trout on now-empty side of sheet and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
4 Finish Cauliflower and Trout and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until cauliflower is tender and trout reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 7-10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, top trout with balsamic mixture (to taste). Bon appétit!
