Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Potatoes
Halve potatoes. Quarter potatoes if larger than a ping-pong ball.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with potato spice seasoning and 1 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Finely crush potato sticks in shipping bag.
Mince chives.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic salt. -
3 Add the Chicken
After 10 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven. Flip potatoes and push to one side of sheet. Top evenly with cheese. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Place chicken on now-empty side of sheet and top evenly with mayonnaise, then crushed potato sticks, pressing gently to adhere. Sheet will be hot! Use caution! -
4 Make Chive Crema and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until potatoes are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
While potatoes and chicken roast, in a mixing bowl, combine chives and sour cream. Set aside.Carefully remove sheet from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with chive crema. Bon appétit!
