If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Start the Vegetables
Slice potatoes into 1/2" rounds.
Place potatoes and zucchini on one half of prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of pepper. Shingle vegetables and spread into an even layer on their side.Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.While vegetables roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.
In a mixing bowl, combine creme fraiche, mayonnaise, half the buttermilk-dill seasoning (reserve remaining for salmon), and white portions of green onions. Set aside.Pat salmon dry. Season flesh side with remaining buttermilk-dill seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. -
3 Add the Cheese and Salmon
After 10 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.
Evenly top vegetables with cheese. Sheet will be hot! Use caution.Place salmon on empty side of sheet. Evenly top with creme fraiche mixture, then crispy onions and half the green portions of green onions (reserve remaining for garnish), pressing gently to adhere. Sheet will be hot! Use caution. -
4 Finish Vegetables and Salmon and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 13-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, top salmon with remaining green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
