  • Chicken 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

  • If using salmon, pat dry. Cook, skin-side up first, in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

  • If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

  1. 1

    Start the Carrots

Peel, trim, and cut carrot into 1/4" slices on an angle. If carrot is larger than 1" in diameter, halve before slicing.

Place carrots, 1 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt on prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasoning into carrots. Spread into a single layer on one side of sheet.

Roast in hot oven, 8 minutes.

    While carrots roast, continue recipe.

  2. 2

    Add the Chicken

Finely crush wontons in shipping bag.

Transfer crushed wontons to a plate and spread into an even layer.

Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of pepper. Evenly top with soy sauce.

Place chicken, soy sauce-side down, onto wontons, pressing firmly to adhere to one side.

After 8 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.

Place chicken on empty side of sheet, wonton-side up, and evenly spray with cooking spray.

  3. 3

    Finish the Carrots and Chicken

Roast in hot oven until carrots are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 12-16 minutes.

Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

Carefully remove from oven. Stir softened butter and sweet chili sauce into carrots until combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

While carrots and chicken roast, continue recipe.

  4. 4

    Heat Rice and Finish Dish

Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.

Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.

Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.

    Fluff rice with a fork.

While rice microwaves, trim and thinly slice green onions.

To serve, top chicken with garlic sesame sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Slice chicken, if desired. Bon appétit!
