1 Make the Dish
If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Break up shredded beef. Add beef and 2 Tbsp. water to provided tray. Top with onion, cherry tomatoes, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Season with ¼ tsp. salt and pinch of pepper. Place tray on baking sheet and bake uncovered in hot oven until tomatoes burst and beef is heated through, 10-15 minutes. Place naan directly on oven rack and heat until warmed through, 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir 2 tsp. water and sour cream until combined. Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping beef with sour cream mixture, feta, and mixed greens. Bon appetit! If using microwave: Break up shredded beef. Add shredded beef to provided tray in a single layer. Top with onion and season with ¼ tsp. salt and pinch of pepper. Top with grape tomatoes. Cover tray with a damp paper towel and microwave on high until tomatoes burst and beef is heated through, 4-6 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Carefully press the tomatoes to release their juices and stir dish to combine. Stir 2 tsp. water and sour cream until combined. Microwave naan until warmed through, 20-30 seconds. Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping beef with sour cream mixture, feta, and mixed greens. Bon appetit!
