1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.
In one section of provided tray, combine peppers, onions, and 1 tsp. olive oil.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until vegetables are tender, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave.Add shrimp, marinara, half the butter, and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining of both for couscous) to section with vegetables. Add couscous, remaining butter, remaining garlic salt, and chimichurri seasoning to empty section of tray. Stir each section to combine. Cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave again covered until shrimp and couscous are heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.To serve, top couscous with shrimp mixture and garnish with cheese. 2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.

Bake covered in hot oven until vegetables are tender, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.Add shrimp, marinara, half the butter, and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining of both for couscous) to section with vegetables. Add couscous, remaining butter, remaining garlic salt, and chimichurri seasoning to empty section of tray. Stir each section to combine.Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until shrimp and couscous are heated through, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.To serve, top couscous with shrimp mixture and garnish with cheese. Bon appétit!
