If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

1 Start the Vegetables
In provided tray, combine tomatoes, onions, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions. Spread into a single layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Heat Sauce and Add Shrimp
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine marinara, 1/4 cup water, cream cheese, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.
Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine. Set aside.Pat shrimp dry.After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven.Stir in pasta and sauce. Spread into a single layer. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Evenly top pasta with shrimp. Tray will be hot! Use caution. -
3 Bake and Finish the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pasta is heated through and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, coarsely crush croutons.Carefully remove tray from oven and stir to combine.To serve, top pasta with cheese, croutons, and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
