If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Finely chop mushrooms.
Trim green beans, if necessary.Peel and halve shallot. Slice half into thin strips and mince the other half. -
2 Cook the Steaks
Pat steaks dry and season both sides with steak seasoning and a pinch of salt.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add steaks to hot pan and cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Transfer steaks to a plate and cover with foil. Rest, 3 minutes.Wipe pan clean and reserve.While steaks cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Green Beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans to hot pan and stir occasionally, 1 minute.
Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook until almost tender, 4-6 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Add sliced shallots, bacon, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir occasionally until bacon is crisp, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. -
4 Cook the Mushroom Duxelles
Return pan used to cook steaks to medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add minced shallots to hot pan. Stir occasionally until softened, 1-2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and stir often until softened, 2-3 minutes.Stir in softened cream cheese, mushroom seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir until cream cheese is melted and sauce has slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.If sauce is too thick, add water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steak with mushroom duxelles. Bon appétit!
