If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Cook, skin-side up first, in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Start the Vegetables
Spray provided tray with cooking spray.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 Tbsp. olive oil and butternut squash. Microwave, 5 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.While butternut squash microwaves, break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.Place butternut squash and broccoli in prepared tray and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for chicken), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Push to one side of tray. -
2 Add Chicken and Bake Meal
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with a pinch of pepper and remaining garlic salt.
Place chicken in empty side of tray and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Add Spinach and Finish Meal
Finely tear spinach.
Place spinach in another microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until wilted, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in pesto and creme fraiche until combined. Set aside.After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Evenly top chicken with spinach mixture.Bake again uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Stir softened butter (to taste) into vegetables until melted and combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Bon appétit!
