Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 4, cooking until heated through, 4-6 minutes per side.

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 4, cooking until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Roast the Sweet Potato Fries
Place sweet potato fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven until browned and tender, 15-17 minutes.Remove from oven. Rest roasted sweet potato fries, 5 minutes.While fries roast, cook patties. -
2 Make the Slaw
Combine slaw mix, sweet chili sauce, and a pinch of salt (to taste) in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

3 Toast the Buns
Place a large non-stick pan over low heat. Place buns, cut side down, in hot, dry pan. Toast until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner. Remove buns to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean. -
4 Cook the Patties
Combine ground pork, soy sauce, and seasoning blend in another mixing bowl. Form into two equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter.
Return pan used to cook buns to medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-6 minutes per side.Remove from burner. -
5 Finish the Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha (to taste).
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with Sriracha mayo, patty, slaw, and top bun. Bon appétit!
