Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine carrots, half the seasoning blend, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.

    Add Chicken and Pasta

    Remove pan from oven and add rice, orange sauce, remaining seasoning blend, and peas until completely combined.

    Top with chicken, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Finish The Dish

    Continue to bake in a hot oven until carrots are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-24 minutes.

    Carefully remove pan from oven. Stir in sriracha (to taste) and top with wontons. Bon appétit!
