Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using ground pork, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 25-30 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 23-25 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, half the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste; reserve remaining for meatballs), and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Spread into a single layer. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Meatballs
Combine ground turkey, panko, remaining Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse), and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Form mixture into six evenly-sized meatballs.
Carefully remove tray from oven and uncover. Push green beans to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place meatballs in now-empty side of tray. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine brown sugar and Szechuan sauce (to taste) in another mixing bowl.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top meatballs with brown sugar-Szechuan sauce (to taste) and crispy onions. Garnish green beans with sesame dressing. Bon appétit!
