Cooking Guidelines

1 Prepare The Ingredients
Peel and halve shallot. Slice thinly.
Remove Italian sausage from casing.Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry.Drain beansCore tomato and cut into 1/2" dice -
2 Cook The Sausage
"Heat a medium pot over medium-high heat.
Add Italian sausage and 2 tsp olive oil to hot pan. Break into smaller pieces until no pink remains and sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes." -
3 Add Steak
Add steak strips and half the seasoning blend to pan and cook until no pink remains, 4-5 minutes.

4 Add Vegetables
Add peas, remaining seasoning blend, and shallots to pan and cook 2-3 minutes.
Add demi, tomato paste, tomatoes, beans and 1 cup water. Bring to a simmer. -
5 Finish The Dish
