Pat salmon dry. We recommend seasoning flesh side with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.Use a large non-stick pan over medium heat with 2 tsp. olive oil. Add salmon, skin side up, to hot pan and sear until golden brown and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.
NY Strip Steak Instructions
Pat steaks dry. We recommend seasoning both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add steaks to hot pan and cook until browned and desired doneness is reached, 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium well. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Rest, 3 minutes.
Pat shrimp dry. We recommend seasoning both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add shrimp to hot pan and cook undisturbed until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.
