If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Start the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Spray provided tray with cooking spray.Place green beans in tray and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Meatballs
Finely crush wontons in their shipping bag.
Place wontons in a mixing bowl with 2 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add pork, half the minced garlic and parsley, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining of both for seasoning), half the mushroom base (reserve remaining for sauce), and a pinch of pepper to mixing bowl and completely combine. Form into 8 equally-sized meatballs.After 15 minutes, remove tray from oven. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Stir 1 tsp. olive oil, remaining minced garlic and parsley, remaining garlic salt, and a pinch of salt and pepper into green beans until combined. Push to one side.Add meatballs to now-empty side of tray. Replace foil over green beans, leaving meatballs uncovered. -
3 Bake Meal and Make Sauce
Bake in hot oven until green beans are tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
While meal bakes, stem and tear dill. Remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. Stir butter and half the dill (reserve remaining for garnish) into green beans.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream fraiche, Dijon, remaining mushroom base, a pinch of pepper, and 2 Tbsp. water.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 45-60 seconds.Remove from microwave and stir to combine. If sauce is too thick, add water, 1 tsp. a a time, until desired consistency is reached.To serve, top meatballs with sauce and meal with remaining dill. Bon appétit!
