If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

1 Start the Carrots
Peel, trim, and cut carrot into 1/4" slices on an angle. If carrot is larger than 1" in diameter, halve before slicing.
Place carrots, 1 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt on prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasoning into carrots. Spread into a single layer on one side of sheet.Roast in hot oven, 8 minutes.While carrots roast, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken
Finely crush wontons in shipping bag.
Transfer crushed wontons to a plate and spread into an even layer.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of pepper. Evenly top with soy sauce.Place chicken, soy sauce-side down, onto wontons, pressing firmly to adhere to one side.After 8 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.Place chicken on empty side of sheet, wonton-side up, and evenly spray with cooking spray. -
3 Finish the Carrots and Chicken
Roast in hot oven until carrots are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir 1/2 Tbsp. softened salted butter and sweet chili sauce into carrots until combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While carrots and chicken roast, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Rice and Finish Dish
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork.While rice microwaves, trim and thinly slice green onions.To serve, top chicken with garlic sesame sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Slice chicken, if desired. Bon appétit!
