1 Microwave Instructions
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Place mashed potatoes in one section of provided tray. Vigorously stir.In empty section of tray, combine meatballs and corn. Cover tray with a damp towel.Microwave covered until meatballs are heated through, 3-4 minutes.While meal microwaves, in a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, mustard, and garlic pepper.Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir butter and a pinch of salt into mashed potatoes until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Stir BBQ sauce mixture into meatballs and corn, then top evenly with cheese.Microwave uncovered until cheese melts and sauce is heated through, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave.To serve, top mashed potatoes with meatballs and corn. Garnish with crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Cover tray with foil.Place tray on a baking sheet.Bake covered in hot oven until heated through, 15-18 minutes.While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, mustard, and garlic pepper.Carefully remove tray from oven. Vigorously stir butter and a pinch of salt into mashed potatoes until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Stir BBQ sauce mixture into meatballs and corn, then top evenly with cheese.Place tray on a baking sheet.Bake uncovered until cheese melts and sauce is heated through, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top mashed potatoes with meatballs and corn.
