Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Make the Meal

    If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds. Transfer rice to provided tray. Top with a pinch of salt, pulled pork, snow peas, and carrots. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 5-7 minutes. While meal microwaves, combine sweet chili sauce (to taste), soy sauce, and 3 Tbsp. water in a mixing bowl. Carefully remove from microwave. Drizzle sauce over meal and garnish with crispy rice noodles. Bon appétit! If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds. Transfer rice to provided tray. Top with a pinch of salt, pulled pork, snow peas, and carrots. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on baking sheet and bake covered in hot oven until heated through, 12-15 minutes. While meal bakes, combine sweet chili sauce (to taste), soy sauce, and 3 Tbsp. water in a mixing bowl. Carefully remove from oven and remove foil. Drizzle sauce over meal and garnish with crispy rice noodles. Bon appétit!
