Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Combine rice, 1 cup water, chili sauce (use less if spice averse), and garlic salt in provided tray. Top evenly with broccoli.
-
2 Add Salmon and Sauce
Place salmon on broccoli and top with half the teriyaki sauce (reserve remaining for finished salmon).
-
3 Bake the Salmon
Bake uncovered in hot oven until salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-20 minutes. Drizzle with remaining teriyaki and sesame seeds. Garnish broccoli with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
