Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Thoroughly combine rice, seasoning blend, matchstick carrots, and snow peas in provided tray.

    Add the Turkey

    Break ground turkey into small pieces and spread evenly on rice. Top with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Finish The Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until snow peas is tender and ground turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 30-35 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir teriyaki glaze into tray. Top with sweet chili sauce, peanuts, and wontons. Bon appétit!
