    Prepare the Salad

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.

    Cut or tear romaine lettuce.

    Trim cucumber and thinly slice into rounds.

    Microwave roasted chicken until warm, 1-2 minutes.

    Place romaine, cucumber, peanuts, slaw mix, and roasted chicken in a bowl and toss with dressing. Garnish tossed salad with wonton strips. Bon appétit!
