Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare Ingredients and Make Aioli
Cut potatoes into 1/4" slices.
Trim woody ends off asparagus. Cut into 2" pieces.Combine garlic aioli and pesto in a mixing bowl. Set aside.Pat steaks dry, and season both sides with garlic pepper.
Cook the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add potatoes to hot pan. Cover, and stir occasionally until beginning to get tender, 7-9 minutes.Add asparagus, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover, and stir occasionally until tender, 3-5 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in butter (to taste) until vegetables are coated.While vegetables cook, continue recipe.
Cook the Steaks
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add steaks to hot pan, and cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steaks with aioli and garnishing vegetables with cheese. Bon appétit!
