Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely crush croutons in shipping bag.
Coarsely chop spinach.Pat steak strips dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Season all over with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. -
2 Cook the Steak Strips
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add steak strips to hot pan and stir occasionally until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.Stir in chimichurri seasoning and peas until peas are heated through, 1-2 minutes. -
3 Add the Sauce and Pasta
Add cream base, butter (to taste), cheese, pasta, 2 Tbsp. water, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until sauce starts to thicken, 1-2 minutes.
Add spinach and stir until just wilted, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in red pepper flakes (to taste). Rest, 3 minutes. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with crushed croutons. Bon appétit!
