Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.
Mix pasta, peas, seasoning blend, and Alfredo sauce in provided tray until completely combined.Break turkey into bite-sized pieces, and gently stir into pasta. Season with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.If using Italian sausage, remove from casing and follow same instructions. If using shrimp or ground beef, follow same instructions. -
2 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until no pink remains on turkey, 20-25 minutes.
If using Italian sausage, or ground beef, follow same instructions. If using shrimp, bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-25 minutes. -
3 Finish the Dish
Carefully remove from oven. Stir in sour cream and top with coarsely crushed Asiago crisps. Bon appétit!
