1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup water, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Cream cheese will melt as meal cooks.Stir in farro and zucchini. -
2 Make the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, mozzarella, panko, and garlic salt. Form ground beef mixture into six evenly-sized meatballs.
Place meatballs on farro. Top meatballs with half the marinara (reserve remaining for after cooking). -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 22-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Remove meatballs to a plate and top with remaining marinara. Stir farro-cream cheese mixture to combine. Bon appétit!
