Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Throughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine rice, marinara, seasoning blend, 1/3 cup water, 3/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray until completely combined. Top evenly with mushrooms. -
Add the Meat
Break up ground beef into bite-sized pieces and top mushrooms evenly.
If using ground turkey, follow same instructions. -
Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until no pink remains on beef and liquid is absorbed, 30-35 minutes.
If using ground turkey, follow same instructions.Carefully remove from oven and let rest, 5 minutes.Stir in butter and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish) until creamy.Garnish with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
