Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil. If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. If using ground pork, break up until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes. Add to burrito as desired.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Drain pinto beans.
Drain black beans. -
2 Cook the Filling
Carefully massage rice in shipping bag to break up any clumps.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add rice, black beans, pinto beans, taco seasoning, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Thoroughly combine. Cover and cook until water is mostly evaporated, 4-6 minutes. Remove from burner.While rice and beans cook, continue recipe. -
3 Warm the Tortillas
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.
If tortillas come folded, keep folded. -
4 Assemble Burritos and Finish Dish
Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Evenly spread sour cream on tortillas. Top with cheese, filling, salsa (to taste), guacamole, and tortilla strips.
Fold sides of tortilla toward center, then roll bottom edge towards the top, enclosing sides tightly.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
