Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Prepare the Bok Choy
Remove any discolored outer leaves from bok choy and trim ends. Cut into 1/2" strips.

2 Cook the Pork
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add ground pork to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.
While pork cooks, combine cornstarch and 1 Tbsp. water in a mixing bowl.Stir cornstarch-water mixture and half the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste; remaining is yours to use as you please!) into pan until combined, 1-2 minutes.Reduce heat to medium. -
3 Add the Vegetables
Add bok choy and slaw mix to hot pan. Stir occasionally until bok choy is bright green and tender, 5-7 minutes.

4 Add Noodles and Sauce and Finish Dish
Add noodles, pho base, sweet chili sauce, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir occasionally until sauce is slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes.If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodle mixture with wontons. Bon appétit!
