To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Start The Carrots

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Mix carrots, corn, 1 tsp. olive oil, and buttermilk dill seasoning in provided tray until completely combined. Spread into a single layer. Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    Add the Pork Chops

    Carefully, push vegetables to one side Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Add pork chops to empty side of tray. Season pork with ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Top with cheese and crispy pickles.

    Finish The Dish

    Bake uncovered again until carrots are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 12-15 minutes. Carefully, remove from oven. Remove pork to a plate and garnish with Buffalo sauce (to taste). Stir butter into vegetables. Bon appétit!
