Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Carrots
Spray provided trays with cooking spray.
In one provided tray, combine carrots, barbecue seasoning (to taste), 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer. -
2 Prepare the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko, onion salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.
Place meatloaves in second prepared tray and top with 1 tsp. olive oil.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine preserves and BBQ sauce. Evenly top meatloaves with sauce. Wipe bowl clean and reserve. -
3 Bake Meal and Heat Potatoes
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until carrots are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While carrots and meatloaves bake, in reserved microwave-safe bowl, combine mashed potatoes and cream cheese. Vigorously stir to combine. Cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until heated through and cream cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and vigorously stir in 1/4 tsp. salt until combined.Carefully remove both trays from oven.To serve, stir softened butter into carrots.Bon appétit!
