-
If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.
-
If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.
-
If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Make Crema
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.
Stem jalapeños, halve lengthwise, and remove seeds and ribs. Wash hands and cutting board after working with jalapeños.In a mixing bowl, combine 2/3 the sour cream, half the buttermilk-dill seasoning (reserve remaining of both for jalapeños), and 2 tsp. water. Set aside.Pat pork dry. Season both sides with garlic and parsley seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt. -
2 Assemble the Poppers
In another mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, remaining sour cream, remaining buttermilk-dill seasoning, shredded cheese, green portions of green onions, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Evenly divide cream cheese mixture between jalapeño halves, then top with panko. Evenly spray with cooking spray. -
3 Air Fry the Poppers
If using an air fryer, place poppers in basket, in an even layer.
Air fry at 375 degrees until golden-brown and tender, 15-20 minutes.Alternatively, turn oven on to 425 degrees. Place poppers on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake in hot oven until peppers are tender and topping is lightly browned, 15-20 minutes. Carefully remove from oven.Carefully remove basket from air fryer. While poppers cook, continue recipe. -
4 Cook the Pork
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork to hot pan. Cook until golden-brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Reduce heat to medium-low. Transfer pork to a plate and rest, 3 minutes. Wipe pan clean and keep over medium-low heat. -
5 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Add 1/2 tsp. olive oil and white portions of green onions to hot pan. Stir constantly until fragrant, 30-60 seconds.
Add apricot preserves, ketchup, 1/2 Tbsp. salted butter, and 1 tsp. water. Stir constantly until combined and butter is melted, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork with sauce. Slice pork, if desired.
