Cooking Guidelines

    prep

    stem and chop cilantro slice green onions, separate greens from whites seed and mince jalapeno

    par bake flatbread and make sauce

    8 minutes 400 degrees while the flatbread par bakes bring cream to a boil in a small pot remove from heat and whisk in cheese until melted, keep warm

    cooking the steak

    in a large non stick over medium high heat heat 2 t olive oil add steak and seasoning to pan and allow to sear for 3-4 minutes toss and add white part of green onion and jalapeno continue to cook until steak strips are done

    assemble

    spread cheese sauce over base of flatbread, top with steak mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese place in oven for 2-3 minutes until mozzarella melts top with green onion tops and cilantro once cheese is melted
