stem and chop cilantro
slice green onions, separate greens from whitesseed and mince jalapeno -
par bake flatbread and make sauce
8 minutes 400 degrees
while the flatbread par bakes bring cream to a boil in a small potremove from heat and whisk in cheese until melted, keep warm -
cooking the steak
in a large non stick over medium high heat heat 2 t olive oil
add steak and seasoning to pan and allow to sear for 3-4 minutestoss and add white part of green onion and jalapenocontinue to cook until steak strips are done -
assemble
spread cheese sauce over base of flatbread, top with steak mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
place in oven for 2-3 minutes until mozzarella meltstop with green onion tops and cilantro once cheese is melted
