If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side

1 Start the Brussels Sprouts
Place Brussels sprouts in provided tray and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer, cut-side down.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Push Brussels sprouts to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
2 Add Salmon and Bake Meal
Combine grated cheese and panko on a plate and spread into an even layer.
Pat salmon dry. Season flesh side with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.Transfer salmon, flesh-side down, onto plate with panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere to one side.Place salmon, skin-side down, in empty side of tray and spray with cooking spray. Tray will be hot! Use caution.Bake uncovered in hot oven until Brussels sprouts are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-15 minutes.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Rice, Make Sauce, and Finish Meal
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine rice and 1/4 tsp. salt. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork.In another microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, arrabbiata pesto (to taste), and 2 Tbsp. water. Microwave uncovered until cream cheese is melted, 45-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir rice, softened pesto butter, and almonds into Brussels sprouts until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top salmon with sauce (to taste). Bon appétit!
