Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side

    Start the Brussels Sprouts

    Place Brussels sprouts in provided tray and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer, cut-side down.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Push Brussels sprouts to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Add Salmon and Bake Meal

    Combine grated cheese and panko on a plate and spread into an even layer.

    Pat salmon dry. Season flesh side with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Transfer salmon, flesh-side down, onto plate with panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere to one side.

    Place salmon, skin-side down, in empty side of tray and spray with cooking spray. Tray will be hot! Use caution.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until Brussels sprouts are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-15 minutes.

    While meal bakes, continue recipe.

    Heat Rice, Make Sauce, and Finish Meal

    Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine rice and 1/4 tsp. salt. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.

    Fluff rice with a fork.

    In another microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, arrabbiata pesto (to taste), and 2 Tbsp. water. Microwave uncovered until cream cheese is melted, 45-60 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir rice, softened pesto butter, and almonds into Brussels sprouts until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    To serve, top salmon with sauce (to taste). Bon appétit!
