- 1½ oz. BBQ Sauce
- 1 oz. Katsu BBQ Sauce
- 2 tsp. Chicken Broth Concentrate
- ⅖ fl. oz. Tamari Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Sriracha
- 1 tsp. Multicolor Sesame Seeds

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Start the Edamame Rice
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging.
In provided tray, combine rice, edamame, soy sauce, chicken base, and 2 Tbsp. water. Spread into an even layer and cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While rice mixture bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Brisket
Drain brisket and separate slices.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Uncover and stir rice mixture. Push to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Add brisket to now-empty side of tray. -
3 Make Sauce and Finish Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until rice mixture and brisket are heated through, 10-15 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine Katsu BBQ sauce and plain BBQ sauce. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir BBQ sauce mixture into brisket until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top rice mixture with brisket. Garnish with sesame seeds and Sriracha (to taste). Bon appétit!
